First, I have to say that the white suit profile picture with goatee and big grin is not a good nor inspiring look. However, you did bring Morris Brown College back to accredited status after a two decade hiatus; so that is acknowledged.  

Check the HBCU school records, because way back in the 1970s, my father took my sister and I to Sumpter for the commencement exercises at Morris College, where we visited the President. Dad knew Dave Shannon, Sam Proctor, and everyone else.

My godfather was the former President of the UNCF. My father's church is among the founders of the Morehouse School of Medicine. And I shared a spiritual mentor in Dr. Benjamin Elijah Mays, with Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. And in the wee hours of the morning while he was staying at our home, Benny says to me: "When you become a Black leader. . ."

I assure you that that was not my aspiration, and with a reputation for brutal honesty, I told Benny, and he waved his cane at me and said, "So you say." And had I not been in my father's house, let's just say things would have turned out differently. 

But apparently your 367 students attending a bottom 25% college with a 27% six-year graduation rate are national news, and I can hear my Momma clear as day saying, "Please, Lawd, don't let him be Black."

Ask Secretary McDonough what happened at the Veterans Administration when I discovered that they were still mandating masks. Ask Alfred Street Baptist Church, Shiloh Baptist Church and Abyssinian Baptist Church what happened when I heard that they were mandating COVID-19 countermeasures developed with no knowledge of infectious dose, immunogenicity or correlates of protection.   If you don't know what those words mean, especially regarding a former pandemic virus after three years of evolutionary pressure, you are late for an appointment with a dictionary. Can I get an amen? 

Did you go out to march in demonstrations during a pandemic? Did you get tear gassed? 

As a former company commander in basic training, albeit only in the USAR, I know far more than I ever wanted to know about tear gas. And the largest deployable configuration particle for tear gas is still six times larger than the smallest SARS-CoV-2 virus, and their viriols are as large as one third that size, which permits the virus to be transmitted by aerosols that persist in the air for hours even after anyone is gone. 

Do you know how long an N95 is effective against tear gas? One hour.  Do you see a problem yet with your reasonably calculated plan to prevent and mitigate transmission?

Did you vote for Barack Obama?  Over a decade ago, the NIOSH in his Administration had tested the ludicrous proposition regarding the impervious qualities of one-ply cotton against microbial particles measured in nano particle units with the same diagnostic equipment we use to rate the N95. When your hooptie fails inspection, do you evolve science to get a test it can pass? 

You have an A Team problem and I am looking at Mister Tee Shirt Covering His Face and pitying the fool. You feel me?

I know somebody told you this virus was highly contagious, and somebody told you you had to worry about R-Naught, but Paul Delameter at the CDC reiterated that we don't use R-Naught as a rate because it is only a projection based upon mathematical and stochastic models, vulnerable to manipulation. 

We use secondary attack rate, which relies upon trace contacts, which we blew off in a pandemic, even though the CDC said it was the key to disrupting the Ebola outbreak in Zaire.  And they found a less than five percent secondary attack rate in China. That's your chance of getting in to Harvard if you are delusional enough to think you'd get in for more than your Harvard education certificate in education. 

So, Kevin, do you want people saying they want to go to a dumb ass college? You think your alumni are going to contribute to your endowment knowing you are miseducating colored folks and putting lives at risk?
