DIA Mum on Whether Defense Intelligence Personnel and Resources Had Been Involved in Recombinant Virus Research Before Pandemic, While Press Remains Befuddled on Significance
[FOB FREEDOM, August 23, 2023] Any station? Any station? Do you read? Over.
Reporting live from the world’s newest banana republic, . . .
In the 1970s, when a bunch of third-rate burglars who had some associations with the CIA had been arrested, after only two officers from the DC Police Department had arrived at the Watergate, a total of nine reporters from the Washington Post were on the scene, including one so anxious to break the story that he broke a window to get in. Or that is at least the story, and, Woodward and Bernstein look absolutely nothing like Redford and Hoffman, and when the White House had refused to respond to a simple FOIA request, reporters at the Washington Post immediately submitted a FOIA request to obtain emails that might paint the most trusted voice in the pandemic for separating fact from fiction in a more favorable light, ignoring it even when the President had tasked the Intelligence Community to redouble efforts to determine the origins of a virus that the original FOIA request had raised suspicions as to whether the government owned it, and had played a key role in cultivating it in laboratory. And now breaking, raising concerns under the Posse Comitatus Act, since April DIA has been unable to determine whether they had provided support to what had been described as a civilian science research project by Shi Zhengli, of the Wuhan Institute of Virology and Ralph Baric at UNC Chapel Hill.
“Well, Howard, if Intelligence can’t figure this out, what can I say? Maybe we were using defense intelligence resources and personnel to support a biological research project only dedicated to making sure that coronaviruses with potential didn’t spill over naturally, or not. Even James Earl Jones’ character in Sneakers said, ‘We are the NSA and we don’t do peace’, but maybe they talked to Robert Redford and decided to give it a try,” quipped Major Mike Webb, the former army top spy and former biological warfare planner at the center of the stirring controversy
Webb currently has an Alexandria prosecutor in contempt of court, after former Jeopardy contestant Bryan Porter had refused to discuss a pretrial conference, pursuant to a court order, in a case brought on mandamus to compel the first grand jury investigation into COVID-19 incident infections, targeted specifically against members of the evangelical Christian faith community, angels quite unaware, apparently, as one pastor believes he got infected while lying on a hospital bed, while one of his members thinks he got infected at the grocery store. Neither, as may reasonably be surmised, are Ivy League material.
And, it is Friday or bust for Meta Platforms and the White House on a second chance to respond to a civil complaint brought in federal court to obtain the answer to a FOIA request, triggering a retaliatory action by the major social media platform, disabling the former army top spy’s Facebook account, expressly for “security reasons” in just four days after the White House press conference regarding “medical misinformation.” Even JFK, Jr.’s account would not be suspended for another month.
Note: grandiosity is a classic sign of bipolar disorder, and we don't want to hurt his feelings lest he go to “that place”, so familiar to Arlington Public School Board Member, Latina Cristina Torres-Diaz.
